Temporary suspension of point of sale services:<\/p>\n

Please be advised that our Point of Sale system is currently experiencing a temporary service interruption.<\/p>\n

We will inform the public as soon as the system is restored. We apologize for the inconvenience.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, all transactions will be conducted in cash (US dollars) only.<\/p>\n

Requests submitted to other email addresses will not be considered. <\/strong><\/p>\n

With effect from 1st<\/sup> \u00a0August 2026<\/u><\/strong>, the Prenot@mi portal has become operational. Reservations for all consular services must be made exclusively<\/u><\/strong> by Prenot@mi, subject to user registration and subsequent access (login) with personal credentials. PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective 15 May 2026, all payments for consular services will be processed through a Point of Sale (POS) system at the counter. Please note that a 1.5% bank commission will be applied to all payments.<\/p>\n

Consular services are furnished on an equal, impartial, efficient and transparent basis.<\/p>\n

Consulates ensure all co-nationals protection against the violation of their fundamental rights and the limitation or privation of their personal freedom.
