{"id":1927,"date":"2026-02-24T14:45:16","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T12:45:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambharare.esteri.it\/?p=1927"},"modified":"2026-02-24T14:47:35","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T12:47:35","slug":"merit-based-scholarships-for-high-achieving-students-offered-by-ca-foscari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ambharare.esteri.it\/en\/news\/dall_ambasciata\/2026\/02\/merit-based-scholarships-for-high-achieving-students-offered-by-ca-foscari\/","title":{"rendered":"MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HIGH-ACHIEVING STUDENTS OFFERED BY CA&#8217; FOSCARI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Given Ca&#8217; Foscari&#8217;s commitment to welcoming international students and fostering the creation of an ever more global community, the university provides targeted financial aid for meritorious international students enrolling in a bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree taught in either Italian or English.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For high-achieving students enrolling in a degree programme in the 2026\/2027 academic year, Ca&#8217; Foscari is offering renewable yearly scholarships<\/strong>\u00a0that are designed to support them over the entire duration of their degree:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For new\u00a0<strong>bachelor&#8217;s students<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>8<\/strong>Ca&#8217; Foscari Honours Scholarships of\u00a0<strong>10,000 euro per year for three years<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>For new\u00a0<strong>master&#8217;s students<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>20<\/strong>Ca&#8217; Foscari Honours Scholarships of\u00a0<strong>10,000 euro per year for two years<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applicants are assigned points based on the following elements of evaluation in order to be situated in the relevant set of rankings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)<\/strong>: this must be equivalent to or higher than\u00a0<strong>85%<\/strong>at the time the scholarship application is submitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Motivational video<\/strong>: this must be prepared according to the indications provided in the call for applications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reference letter(s)<\/strong>: these must be prepared by teachers or professors familiar with the applicant and his\/her work.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants to bachelor&#8217;s degrees are permitted to provide one reference letter for evaluation; master&#8217;s degree applicants must provide at least one letter but are permitted to submit up to two.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language certification<\/strong>: the applicant&#8217;s knowledge of the language of instruction of his\/her chosen programme of study can be demonstrated by providing one of the language certifications accepted by the university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unive.it\/pag\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/inglese\/international\/doc\/degree-seeking\/CALL_FOR_APPLICATIONS_SCHOLARSHIPS_2026-2027_EN.pdf\">CALL_FOR_APPLICATIONS_SCHOLARSHIPS_2026-2027_EN.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Given Ca&#8217; Foscari&#8217;s commitment to welcoming international students and fostering the creation of an ever more global community, the university provides targeted financial aid for meritorious international students enrolling in a bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree taught in either Italian or English.
