Please be advised that our Point of Sale system is currently experiencing a temporary service interruption.
We will inform the public as soon as the system is restored. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Meanwhile, all transactions will be conducted in cash (US dollars) only.

With effect from 1st August 2026, the Prenot@mi portal has become operational. Reservations for all consular services must be made exclusively by Prenot@mi, subject to user registration and subsequent access (login) with personal credentials. PAYMENT METHODS
Effective 15 May 2026, all payments for consular services will be processed through a Point of Sale (POS) system at the counter. Please note that a 1.5% bank commission will be applied to all payments.

Consular services are furnished on an equal, impartial, efficient and transparent basis.
Consulates ensure all co-nationals protection against the violation of their fundamental rights and the limitation or privation of their personal freedom. They also ensure emergency assistance, help in locating family members, inheritance procedures initiated abroad and for the repatriation of mortal remains.
